Well my mum knows quite a few professional artists, so I guess I'll check that out. Some even with tons of tattoos that are untouched.

I'm also getting a pawprint, but as far as tattoos and piercings go that's it, really.

If you are a healthy person, and you get it, you will probably just be out for a while, its the people who have other problems that when they get it is can be fatal---so for the most part if you hang around with a healthier crowd you probably wont see it.

and like me, if you hang around with NO ONE ...then the possibility of getting it is rather slim to nil

I recall from my supervisor at work that the reason the medical experts are crazy about swine flu is because it has the chance to mutate into a deadlier strain if nothing is done about it.

The only people freaking out about are the news media, which in turn creates a panic for everyone stupid enough not to see through the bullshit.

Indeed. The media just blows everything out of proportion.

The flu in general is very contagious, just because only 2 or 3 people you know have caught it and recognize the symptoms doesn't mean others don't have the strain as well.
